This is a 12 layer HDI Rigid Flex PCB built for High-end Digital Camera.
Featuring 3R+6F+3R stack up, this flex-rigid PCB is designed to meet high circuit density demand.While its fabrication is harder than it sounds. We drilled both vias by CO2 laser which is more accurate than mechanical drilling.
Other properties of this 12 layer rigid flex circuit: ENIG finish treatment, 0.075/0.075mm Min. trace/ space, V0 Flame Retardant.
